The Best Things To Eat And Drink On A Disney Dream Cruise
If your kids love tea parties and Disney princesses, you might want to book one of the Royal Court Royal Tea experiences on a Disney cruise. The tea party is for young cruisers ages 3 to 12, though a parent will have to accompany their children. One of the best things about a cruise is the food, especially if you're sailing on Disney Cruise Line. To ensure you make the most of this gastronomic adventure, consider discussing your dining preferences and plans with a Disney travel agent before booking your cruise. For further information on any of these locations or to book your reservations at any of the specialty restaurants, feel free to contact The Vacationeer.

Enchanted Garden (Table Service; Rotational Dining)
If you're looking for a vegetarian option, the ricotta gnocchi with fontina cheese and pesto sauces is a delightful plate. Fans of the Avengers and other Marvel characters will love dining in Worlds of Marvel. The meal starts with your hosts, Ant-Man and the Wasp, explaining what the interactive quantum core on your table is for. Then, throughout the meal, you'll work with Marvel superheroes to save the ship from an impending villain.
Palo (Disney Magic, Wonder, Dream, and Fantasy)
Note that this isn’t a comprehensive list, and dining locations and menus are subject to change. However, it will give you a good sense of the main dining and snack spots you’ll find aboard Disney cruise ships. Restaurants on the Disney Wonder
It is only available on the first day of your Disney cruise sailing and is held in the early evening. Chef Scott Hunnel of Victoria and Albert’s and advising Chef Arnaud Lallement a 3 Michelin starred acclaimed owner of l’Assiette Champenoise restaurant in France, each create the menu. If any of you have been lucky enough to eat at Victoria and Albert’s in Walt Disney World you will know that Disney restaurants can be exceptional.
We ate a mix of quick service, MDR, and fine dining meals and we were very pleased. However, this post is just about the MDR (Main Dining Room) Disney cruise restaurants, Cabanas buffet, and quick service spots on the Disney Fantasy. Check out this post if you want to see what brunch and dinner are like at Palo.
If you're looking for something heartier, try the carving station near the back of the buffet. The classic kids menu options of macaroni and cheese and chicken strips are readily available as well. Be sure to find the towering piles of crab legs and poached shrimp that grace the buffet line as well. The menu at Worlds of Marvel is themed after the different fictional and real locations featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, like Wakanda, New York and Sokovia. Highlights of the menu include a pork belly bao bun, chicken schnitzel and a lamb shawarma salad.
Herbal tea and two courses are provided, and several Disney princesses make an appearance! Like Olaf’s Royal Picnic, this experience is available for an additional fee. The experience costs $220 each for children and $69 for the adults who accompany them. The menu allows you to choose from options like antipasti, eggs, waffles and pancakes, soups, flatbreads, and an assortment of entrees (grilled cut sirloin steak, wild mushroom ravioli, and more).
Breakfast options include Mickey waffles, omelets, scrambled eggs, and hash browns (among other things). For lunch, you can grab salads, burgers, fish, pizza, and more. This restaurant is themed after Beauty and the Beast, and you’ll get to dine in a room inspired by the grand ballroom from that movie.
I was so excited to walk into the restaurant and see that the theme had changed completely! The lighting in the restaurant changed to red, the servers all wore pirate costumes, there were clips from pirate movies on the screens, and the menu was completely pirate-inspired. You can order as much as you want but we generally stuck to ordering two appetizers, two soups/salads, two entrees, and two desserts. If we had a hard time deciding between entrees, our server would bring us both but we tried to avoid doing that because we didn't want to waste food.
